Your telegram of 18th April Peel House is residential
club for men of the Oversea Forces accommodating 400 men under
royal patronage managed by Committee of which parliamentary Under Secretary of State for the Colonies is Chairman and High Commissioners of the Dominions are representatives. No doubt another similar club will be wanted soon and fould be
named after Hongkong. As to Hospital not possible to assign Hongkong cost of upkeep of any definite sum and it is not
probable that name of Colony could be associated with it. Should be glad to know which proposal you prefer.
BONAR LAW.
